Amanda

Amanda, RN started her nursing career in the cardiovascular ICU in a level 1 trauma hospital, then went on to work in the OR briefly before jumping into the world of aesthetics. She has always loved the feeling of looking her best, and dreamed of helping others in making them feel confident. When she is not at the medspa, she is taking care of her garden, loving on her rescue pup and cats, and diving into a good book! Tox is her fav treatment to give and receive - loving the end results and how much confidence it gives her and her clients! Meet Kimberly, the stunning nurse practitioner at Renuva MedSpa. Hailing from the quaint town of New Castle, Pennsylvania, Kimi has always been drawn to the aesthetics industry. Her journey began when Dallas asked if she’d be interested in doing injections one day. Fast forward six years later, and Kimi is now a master of her craft, providing her patients with top-notch treatments that leave them feeling confident and refreshed.

Before her foray into the world of aesthetics, Kimi worked as a floor nurse at Children's Hospital for nearly a decade. Her expertise in the field is unmatched, and her favorite treatment to provide patients is first-time lip injections, which provide instant gratification. Kimi's “lightbulb” moment came during an intense cadaver course where she was able to witness the intricate structure of the human body up close and personal. Lauren, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP is one of the talented nurse practitioners at Renuva MedSpa, who has always had a passion for the aesthetics industry. Together with her colleague Kimi, they made their long-time goal a reality by joining forces with the renowned Dallas to start their journey in this field. Before diving into aesthetics, Lauren spent four years as a pediatric nurse and worked as an NP in an urgent care setting. She also currently works for a Dermatology company. Her favorite treatment to provide to patients is injecting cheeks, using her skills to give a natural lift that makes them look refreshed without appearing overdone. Lauren's AH-HA moment came through constant education in the field, a reminder that providers must continue to learn and grow to better serve their patients. Introducing Dallas, the ultimate medspa maven at Renuva MedSpa! With a passion for providing luxurious and affordable aesthetics to all of her clients, Dallas is an expert in the industry with over 20 years of experience. But it wasn't until she discovered her love for getting aesthetics treatments herself that she realized there was a way to bring safe, affordable, and luxurious aesthetics to all the women she served over the years.

As an expert in the industry, Dallas loves all the treatments at Renuva MedSpa, but her absolute favorite is the Tight & Bright Renuva Regimen. Introducing Heather, Medical Aesthetician at Renuva MedSpa! Heather grew up in Sarasota, Florida, a beautiful beach town an hour south of Tampa. She started her career in the aesthetics industry after being diagnosed with cancer at the age of 25. Once she started feeling better, Heather went out in search of things she could do to repair the damage that had been done, and discovered the magic of regular facials, medical-grade skin care, and Botox/fillers/permanent makeup. Heather loves that she gets to pass on that feeling of self-confidence to others with her work.

Prior to the aesthetics industry, Heather worked at American Eagle Outfitters corporate headquarters, doing project management within the Technology team. Her favorite treatment to provide to patients is the traditional facial, where she can really customize the facial to fit each patient's specific skin needs. Karri

Karri is a woman of many talents and passions, and her clients at Renuva MedSpa are lucky to benefit from her extensive experience and expertise. After spending 28 years in corporate America at UPMC, Karri knew she needed a change. As someone who has always been a "facial junkie," she decided to follow her passion for skincare and aesthetics and enrolled in the esthetician program at South Hills Beauty Academy. Today, she is a skilled medical aesthetician with over 25 certifications in microblading, microneedling, and tattoo removal, and other techniques.

Karri is not just a talented medical aesthetician, but also a warm and caring person who takes pride in providing her clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Her décolleté effleurage massaging techniques are legendary for their ability to lull clients into a blissful sleep, and her love for dermaplaning ensures that her clients' skin is always radiant and glowing. When she's not at work, Karri can be found pursuing her other passions, such as gardening, traveling, and enjoying a glass of dark, dry Merlot. With three children, two stepchildren, three grandbabies, and a beloved salon dog named Prim, Karri's life is full of joy and fulfillment, and her clients are lucky to be a part of it. Meet Lauren M., the medical aesthetician and laser technician who has transformed countless lives at Renuva MedSpa. Lauren's passion for aesthetics stemmed from her own struggles with acne, and her belief in treating the skin holistically while knowing when to refer patients to dermatologists. Prior to joining the aesthetics industry, Lauren worked in interior design and digital marketing. However, her true calling was found at the Fountain of Youth Academy and through her experience working alongside Dallas.

Lauren's favorite treatment to provide is the Lumecca and Morpheus, as it delivers the most results for clients and can be truly life-changing. Her eureka moment came from attending advanced aesthetic training and learning how to give an effective Morpheus treatment for optimal results. If Lauren had to choose only one treatment for the rest of her life, it would be the Lumecca. Meet Priscilla, a medical aesthetician and laser tech with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Growing up in Ohio, Priscilla always had a love for both science and art, making her current career in aesthetics a perfect fit. After experiencing a personal loss in her mid-20s, Priscilla became passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of herself, leading her to pursue a career in the aesthetics industry. Before becoming an aesthetician, Priscilla worked in business management and healthcare. However, her favorite treatment to provide now is skincare treatments that provide change and correction, such as chemical peels, IPL, and microneedling. Despite the non-fluffy nature of these treatments, Priscilla makes sure her clients feel comfortable and pampered with warm bedding, hot towels, spa music, and light massage.

When she's not working, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her chihuahua Dulce, traveling with her boyfriend, practicing yoga, and reading books or listening to podcasts. She's also proud of how much her self-confidence has grown in the treatment room over the past year. Introducing the stunning Kristin, the Managing Director of Renuva Medspa, who hails from the charming town of Mt. Lebanon, PA. This beauty has always been passionate about aesthetics, thanks to the inspiration of her mentor, Dallas Michelucci. Before entering the aesthetics industry, Kristin worked in Corporate America, where she was a superstar. However, the world of aesthetics had her heart, and she never looked back. Kristin loves consulting with patients to show them a full-face rejuvenation is possible without surgery. She loves taking Renuva’s patients on a journey of discovery and showing them all the non-surgical options available to them. Dr. Alan Durkin graduated magna cum laude from University of Miami where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He then earned a M.S. from University of Chicago in Physics and a M.D. from University of South Florida. He is a faculty member and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Florida State University, and Nova Southeastern University. He is currently involved in multiple clinical trials regarding facial and breast aesthetic surgery, and regularly publishes on both topics.

Introducing the talented and beautiful Diana, the Permanent Makeup Specialist at Renuva MedSpa. Before becoming a permanent makeup artist, Diana had diverse work experiences as a marketing intern for a women's football team, a corporate recruiter and marketing assistant, and a freelance content creator for a digital therapeutics platform.

Diana's passion for the aesthetics industry began when she worked as a guest experience coordinator at a local salon. Her love for permanent makeup blossomed after attending a four-day training for permanent eyeliner and lip blushing at the Beauty Angels Academy. Although Diana loves all permanent makeup treatments, her favorite is lip blushing using the fast whip shading technique.

In her free time, Diana enjoys being a dog mom to her beloved golden retriever named Luka, who she affectionately calls her first "son." Her personal goal is to practice gratitude and positivity daily.
