With nearly 20 years in the beauty industry and over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Dallas built Renuva Medspa on a foundation of education, integrity, and patient-first care. As a licensed aesthetician, certified laser technician, permanent makeup artist, and educator, she brings a results-driven yet compassionate approach to every part of the business. Her mission is to raise the standard in aesthetics—prioritizing safety, proven treatments, and a collaborative team culture where patients feel genuinely supported. Renuva exists because she believes confidence should be accessible, ethical, and backed by real science—and that every patient deserves to feel understood, empowered, and cared for.

    With 10 years of experience and 70+ PMU certifications, Karri specializes in advanced skincare, lasers, microneedling, and permanent makeup. As a SkinPen Ambassador and Preston Acne Specialist, she delivers expert, corrective treatment plans with precision and care.

    Natalie is an experienced aesthetic nurse specializing in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments. As a Lead Injector for 8+ years, she's trained and mentored providers on safe, anatomy-driven techniques. Known for her thoughtful, educational approach, Natalie delivers natural, balanced results while ensuring every patient feels informed and confident in their care.

  • Diana, PMU

    Diana began her PMU journey at Renuva in 2017 and now specializes in lip blushing, nano brows, powder brows, microblading, tattoo eyeliner and corrective color theory. Her passion for continued education and technique refinement ensures beautifully tailored, natural-looking results.
