Return policy verbiage: Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer 14-day exchanges or store credit only on eligible items. No refunds are issued.

 


 

Eligibility for Store Credit or Exchange

To qualify, all items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

 


 

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement through the manufacturer, not through Renuva.

Manufacturers typically require the following:

  • Filing an adverse reaction claim

  • Mailing in the product

  • Awaiting approval and credit directly from them

Renuva is unable to issue refunds or replacements for adverse reactions, but we are happy to help guide you through the manufacturer’s process.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Downloadable products

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition

 


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an online store credit once we receive your unopened, unused return. Online store credit cannot be used in-office for products or treatments. A gift credit will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method for any return over $25, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
