Shipping Policy

All in-stock products are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will ship the next consecutive business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Out-of-Stock & Split Shipments

If an order includes products that are not currently in stock, items may ship separately and in multiple shipments as they become available. Additional shipping charges will not be applied for split shipments.

Delivery & Transit Times

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons

  • Carrier delays or worker strikes

  • Staff shortages

  • Weather or other unforeseen events

Renuva Medspa does not guarantee delivery by any specific date.

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Renuva Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments without insurance.
